Ankuran – Redefining growth a name which has come after continuous brainstorming. Ankuran means germination, a process which goes through different stages of growth & development in forming a healthy tree. This was the motive behind launching Ankuran an in house magazine which could bring out the inner potentials of the budding talents. In Ankuran we are highlighting many aspects of HIRA GROUP and their employees. Because we strongly believe that the foundation shapes the building and so the employees their organisation.

The magazine includes contributions from all the levels of management and employees, with different experiences of different people. At Ankuran, we share individual success stories, achievements, birthdays, humor, Industry scenarios, Brain Teasers and achievements of the family members. This initiative has got an overwhelming response and has enhanced interdepartmental communications which is a key challenge for big corporate houses. This prerogative will also help HIRA GROUP to accomplish its new initiatives / program that the company has already progressed. Ankuran will be that value addition for HIRA GROUP which will increase its overall contribution to the industry. Currently POWER & ISPAT is 2% of other Indian sectors, where there should be at least one contribution from HIRA GROUP to the industry every year. Our future holds the promise of even greater achievements & this journey of Ankuran will help us synergize the employee, customer, Management and community towards making our society a better place to live.
